Can’t make it to Paulsdale? We can join your classroom virtually! Students can tune into our virtual presentations to learn more about Alice’s work in the suffrage movement and the Equal Rights Amendment.

Meeting Alice Virtual Presentation (3rd – 5th)

This hour-long presentation includes an in-depth exploration of Alice Paul’s life and the qualities that made her an effective change maker. Following the presentation, students participate in voting activities that help them understand the importance of being an engaged citizen.

Alice Paul: Through the Lens of Leadership Virtual Presentation (6th-8th or 9th-12th)

The hour-long presentation offers deep engagement with Alice’s struggle to secure women’s suffrage, and the strategies and tactics that made her such a powerful leader.

The History of the Equal Rights Amendment Virtual Presentation (6th-12th)

Why did Alice Paul write the Equal Rights Amendment and how do we understand its 100-year legislative history? This hour-long presentation will answer these questions while exploring the history, purpose, and controversies related to what should be the 28th amendment to the constitution.
